The UNI Panthers will be in search of their first 3-0 start since 2007 when they visit Northern Colorado.  The Panthers had they bye week last Saturday, and head coach Mark Farley says they used the time to build some depth. “We went back and brought some players who weren’t quite ready for the first two games…I wanted to go back and get them involved,”Farley explains. He says they will need those players as they go through the season, but didn’t have the time to get them ready for the first two games.

Farley says that Northern Colorado features a very pass-happy offensive attack. He says they are more conventional than the spread offense with the quarterback going under center. Farley says they run a lot of timing routes.
