A Dubuque man will spend over four years in federal prison for selling cocaine from his residence near a playground. Forty-three-year-old Shannon Huntington pled guilty to two counts of distribution of cocaine near a protected location and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute near a protected location.

Huntington admitted he twice sold cocaine to law officers in January 2013 from his residence, and officers used a search warrant and found 396 grams of cocaine at his residence. Huntington was sentenced to 51 months in prison and will have to serve a six years of probation on his release.
