A  woman sought in the death of a man found in Newton has turned herself in. Colorado Springs police issued a first-degree murder warrant for 21-year-old Bionca Rogers in connection with the death of Grant Frazier.

Rogers turned herself in to police in Cedar Rapids Wednesday and is being held without bond.  Frazier’s body was found Tuesday in a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Newton. Colorado Springs police say the 61-year-old Frazier had been missing since February 16th. Police say they will release the cause of death “as soon as practical.”

Colorado Springs officials are working to have Rogers brought back to their state.
