The man who was shot dead outside a Waterloo nightclub early Saturday has been identified. Thirty-five-year-old Celio Antonio Posada, of Minneapolis, was found dead outside the El Senor Tequila nightclub near the city’s downtown area.
Police were called to the club shortly after midnight on Saturday on a report of shots fired. While no one has been arrested for direct involvement in the homicide, investigators say they have a person of interest in custody on a weapons charge.
