A western Iowa man is going back to prison for 5 years on a gun charge. Sixty-year-old David Allen Brensel of Council Bluffs pleaded guilty in January to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Brensel admitted to stealing four guns from a home in Red Oak and taking them to Council Bluffs where he sold them. Brensel was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison and three years of parole once he is released.
