A woman’s death is under investigation in northeast Iowa. Police in Dubuque say a woman died at a hospital this morning not long after officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a home.
Officers found the woman on the ground suffering from severe injuries to the face. The victim’s name has not been released and there’s no word of any arrests in the case.
