GavelA 22-year-old Newton woman arrested for having sex with a 14-year-old boy will not be going to prison. Tori Mae-Jean Kaiser entered a negotiated guilty plea to third-degree sexual abuse. She’s been placed on probation for two years and must complete a sex offender treatment program.

Newton Police also claimed Kaiser allowed the teenager to use marijuana and illegal prescription medication in her apartment, and provided him alcohol and cigarettes. In addition, she allegedly played a drinking game with a 13-year-old boy. In mid-May, Kaiser was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Police say she confessed to the crimes during an interview.

Kaiser said the victim’s parents kicked him out, so he moved in with her and Kaiser added she knew what she was doing was wrong, but she didn’t care because of all the drugs and alcohol they were consuming.
