The Iowa football team closes out spring drills Saturday afternoon with an open practice in Kinnick Stadium.

The final practice will feature the offense versus the defense, with a unique scoring system that is similar to what has been used the past two seasons, allowing both the offense and defense to score points based on performance.

Iowa offensive coordinator Greg Davis would like to see a turnover free effort from his unit but he is not concerned with style points.

“We are not worried so much about what it looks like as there are certain players we want to see and there are certain plays we may run to give that player a chance”, said Davis. “It is still a work day for us.”

The gates at Kinnick Stadium open at noon. An autograph session with members of the Hawkeye football team will begin at 12:35 p.m. in front of the west and south stands.
