A northwest Iowa man died after weekend fall from a roof.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an accident Saturday afternoon at a rural residence five-and-a-half miles southeast of Rock Valley. Deputies discovered that 57-year-old Henry Wynia of Rock Valley was assisting with work on the residence, when he fell from the roof, which was approximately 20 feet above ground.
Wynia was transported by ambulance to Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley where he died from his injuries.
