A northeast Iowa man has been arrested on charge of assault and child endangerment.
Manchester Police say they were called on Sunday to a home where they took 38-year-old Stanley Rogers into custody. Rogers allegedly assaulted his live-in girlfriend and her mother by pushing them as they tried leaving the home with two small children.
Rogers is charged with assault, domestic assault and child endangerment.
