Two eastern Iowa police officers were hurt in a weekend incident.
Davenport police responded to a report of a burglary in a home early Sunday and confronted a person inside. There was a scuffle and one officer fired at least once.
Police say both officers and the individual were injured, adding, one of the officers was seriously hurt and was rushed to a hospital.
No names were released. The Scott County Sheriff is investigating the case.
