Gore criticizes opponent during Davenport stop

Vice President Al Gore complimented and criticized his democrat presidential opponent Bill Bradley in a speech in Davenport today. Gore said Bradley is a good man, but says Bradley has the wrong plans on some issues and no plans on others.Speaking of his plan for the new century, Gore said there needs to be a new era of progress in education.Gore also promised to strenghten medicare.Gore spoke at Davenport West High School and is scheduled to be in Des Moines tonight.
