Fatal fall kills U of I student

(Iowa City) A University of Iowa student has been killed in a fallfrom the eighth floor of a housing facility. University Relations spokesmanSteve Parrott says security officers believe the eastern Iowa man committedsuicide, because there’s no evidence he fell accidentally. University Security got a 9-1-1 call last night and found the student atthe edge of the parking lot behind the Mayflower Housing complex. The Johnson County medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
