The cost of prescription drugs is going up for tens ofthousands of insured Iowans. The state’s three biggest health carecompanies plan to raise their drug co-payment rates this year. John Deere, Principal and Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield will go from5 or 10 dollars to 25-to-45 dollars on certain drugs.
