Racetracks and casinos cashing in

The state’s racetracks and casinos did very well in December, pulling in 20-million dollars. The Prairie Meadows Horse Track and Casino in Altoona took in the most money…11-million dollars. Bluffs Run Dog Track in Council Bluffs made eight-point-eight million dollars. The Dubuque Greyhound Park earned two-point-four million dollars. During the first six months of the fiscal year, the three casinos made 135-milliondollars.
