College testing program launches web site

An Iowa-based college-testing program is branching out tooffer more help to prospective college students. A-C-T Incorporated, ofIowa City, will offer an Internet website for students, to tell them whatkind of financial aid they might qualify for. A-C-T spokesman Kelley Hayden says the website gives students aconfidential assessment of their eligibility for sudent aid.
