The Randolph State Bank has been ordered to pay restitutionto two farmers whose checks they refused to honor. The farmers had written the checks to their farm landlords. A Mills County jury says the bankintentionally interfered with the men’s leases by not honoring the check. The bank will pay 85-thousand in actual damages and 75-thousand dollars aspunishment.
