An Iowa Senator is introducing a bill today that promises to bring 100-billion dollars in tax relief. Senator Chuck Grassley calls the bill the”Tax Relief for Working Families Act” and says it would give significant tax relief to married couples, senior citizens, parents — and theself-employed. He says it would bring tax breaks for education and child are in addition to increasing the middle income tax credit for housing. Grassley says the tax relief bill will also be introduced in the House today by Connecticut Representative Nancy Johnson.
