ISU men fall in Big 12 tourney

The Iowa State Cyclones saw their season come to an end in Kansas City after a 69-61 loss to Colorado in the opening round of the Big-12 tournament. Cold shooting doomed the Cyclones as they finished two-of-16 from three point range and made only eight-of-19 free throws in the second half. Coach Larry Eustachy finishes his first season at ISU at 15-15. He says considering there were only nine players on the roster at theend he was proud of the team. Sophomore forward Marcus Fizer led the Cyclones with 21-points but says a lack of rebounding cost his team in thesecond half.
