Spring football drills are underway at Iowa State and one of the goals forcoach Dan McCarney is to find a starting quarterback. Sage Rosenfel is atthe top of the depth chart after backing up Todd Bandhauer for two years.McCarney says two other areas are getting special attention.Iowa State returns Darren Davis at running back but it is an area thatMccarney says has a lot of competition.He says at least six players will be sitting out of spring drills but heexpects a full roster when Fall practice begins in August.
