Simpson sweeps Cornell in softball

Simpson swept Cornell in an Iowa conference doubleheader on Sunday and itpushed the Storm’s winning streak to 24-games. Simpson is top rankednationally in division-three but coach Henry Christowski says some of thebest competition his team will face will be in their own league. BesidesSimpson two other Iowa Conference teams, Central and Coe, are ranked in thetop 11.Christowski says while the conference provides tough competition the downside is that some good teams fail to make the N-C-A-A regionals each season.
