Congressman Boswell says he would support use of ground troops in Yugoslavia

Third district Iowa congressman Leonard Boswell says he continues to supportthe U-S led strikes in Yugoslavia. He says the strikes are needed to end thekilling in Yugoslavia that he likens to the Holocaust of world war two.Boswell says the action is not being taken by the United States alone. Hesays any decision on ground troops would not be made solely by PresidentClinton and if the decision is made he would support it.Boswell says NATO tried all it could to come to a peaceful solution beforetaking military action.
