Flood victim found

The body of one of Iowa’s Memorial Day Weekend drowning victims has beenrecovered. The body of 34-year-old James Digman of Monticello was pulled from theMaquoketa River yesterday afternoon. Digman was found about 400 yardsdownriver from where he was last seen swimming Sunday afternoon.
