Allergy season picks up steam

Watery eyes, stuffy noses and frequent sneezing are all signs that theallergy season is in full swing. Dr. James Wille of Allergy-AsthmaAssociates in Des Moines says Iowans are suffering all summer long. Dr. Wille says there are a few steps you can take around your house tohelp combat your summertime allergies.Allergies can also be triggered by overstuffed furniture, dusty surfaces,excessive humidity which spurs dust mite growth and poor householdventilation. However, with all these tips, it’s important to remember thereis no such thing as an allergy-free house.
