Latham expects ‘reasonable’ gun control legislation

While the U-S House is debating gun control measures this week, IowaCongressman Tom Latham says NO new laws could’ve prevented the Littleton,Colorado, shootings. The 5th District republican blames society and thedemocrat in the White House for the “breakdown of moral leadership.”Latham expects the House to approve legislation that will be rationalwithout trampling our Constitutional rights.Latham says a few “common sense” changes in gun laws could help keep weaponsout of the wrong hands.Latham says social problems in the U-S have much more impact than a lack ofgun laws.
