Congressman Ganske part of suit challenging NATO bombing

Congressman Greg Gankse is among a group of congressmen who’re appealing ajudge’s decision which tosses out their suit challenging the legality of theNATO bombing of Yugoslavia. A district court judge ruled the Congressmen didn’t have legal standing tobring the suit. Ganske says that’s ridiculous.Ganske says the judge’s ruling didn’t address the merits of the case.Ganske believes President Clinton is waging war, and violating theConstitution in doing so.
