Former Central College running back Mark Kacmarynski plans to be a fullstrength when the Philadelphia Eagles’ training camp opens in late July.Kacmarynski’s NFL Europe season was cut short after he sustained a brokenjaw while playing for Frankfort in late May. He underwent surgery inPhiladelphia earlier this month.That’s because he was able to attend the Eagles’ minicamp last week.Kacmarynksi says the Eagles did not want him to go back and finish theseason in Europe.Kacmarynski signed with the Eagles as a free agent.
