Morningside names new woman’s hoop coach

Morningside College has named Craig Stevens as the school’s new womens’basketball coach. Stevens is no stranger to the college, he spent the pastyear as an assistant coach for the womens’ team and prior to that was anassistant coach for the mens’ team.Stevens takes over a program that posted a 7-20 record last year in AnnHalsne’s third and final season as coach and Stevens says the first areathat needs improving is defense.
