Quayle seeks increase in child tax credit

Republican presidential hopeful Dan Quayle is seeking an expansion of thechild tax credit for federal income taxes. In a speech today, former Vice President Dan Quayle plans to outline hisideas for making it easier for a parent to stay home to raise theirchildren. Quayle provided a sneak preview of his speech during a weekendstop in Madrid.Quayle says he wants to create a change in our culture so that stay-at-homemoms are honored because Quayle says that’s a noble choice.
