Officials hope autopsy yield clues in crash

An autopsy to be performed on a truck driver today may help determine thecause of a fiery crash in Cedar County. The tanker truck carried eight-thousand gallons of gasoline and explodedyesterday, killing the unnamed truck driver who’s believed to be from theQuad City area. An off-duty Cedar Rapids firefighter is hospitalized inserious condition after trying to rescue the driver.
