Cedar River crests in Cedar Falls

The flood waters of the Cedar River moved downstream to Cedar Falls today.Deputy Public Safety Director Jeff Olson says it looks like the worst hashit as the floodwaters have crested.A flood wall to protect the downtown area of Cedar Falls is not yetcompleted, but Olson says it has helped protect the area.He says there have been relatively few problems. Olson says around 100 homeshave been flooded, mainly on the north side of town.
