A northeastern Iowa boys’ baseball team has won the equivalent of the WorldSeries. The Manchester/West Delaware Hawks 10-and-under team yesterday wonthe Babe Ruth Bambino Midwest Plains Regional Tournament in Chillicothe,Missouri. In the final game of the four-game series, Manchester won thechampionship against Sikeston, Missouri, 10-4.The team returned last night to a heroes’ welcome.
