Employers lose student workers to school

Iowa employers that’re already hard-pressed to find workers are facing theprospect of losing more employees as high school and college students returnto class. Larry Paul directs the Workforce Development Center in Mason City.He says most businesses are hanging tough.Paul says employers need to be creative to attract & keep employees.Paul says people who are losing their jobs at Fieldstone in Northwood & atSara Lee in New Hampton should be able to find other jobs without too muchtrouble.
