Manchester vet business facing charges

A Manchester veterinary business faces several charges for alledgedlypracticing veterinary medicine without proper supervision. Local and Federal officials filed 17 felony and one misdemeanor chargeagainst Herd Health Concepts of Manchester after an investigation. Officersseized evidence from the business prior to filing the charges.
