Martha Stewart show focuses on Iowa State Fair

The maven of “Living” dedicated her t-v show to the Iowa State Fair today. You may recall that Martha Stewart attended the Iowa State Fair in August. Her television program “Martha Stewart Living” highlighted the seriouslivestock shows as well as the wacky competitions. Dressed casually, shebegan the show by riding down the Giant Slide and sampling that most famousof fair food, corn dogs.She spent the first quarter of the show focused on 4-H livestock shows.Stewart learned the difference between a gilt and a boar and watched the 4-H”Derby” hog show.And Stewart got a lesson in cattle showmanship from a 4th generation Angusbreeder.
