Boy charged in threat against school

A rural Tama County boy has been charged with terrorism for allegedly leaving a threatening letter at the South Tama Middle School. 13-year old Glen Arthurs of rural Montour was charged in Tama County juvenile court. The letter indicated something would blow up in the school. School officials searched the school and were able to start classes on time.Arthurs has been suspended pending an expulsion hearing November 15th.
