One southwest Iowa community is asking citizens to conserve water. Shenandoah mayor Gregg Connell says well levels have dropped 50 percent due to dry weather. He says this is the first stage of four possible ways to handle the problem.Citizens are being ask to VOLUNTARILY conserve water.
