Hospital bans latex balloons

A Clinton hospital wants to make sure certain get-well gifts don’t make patients sick. Mercy Hospital is banning laytex balloons to avert possible allergic reactions some people have to the material. Mylar balloons are permitted which are now being sold in the hospital’s gift shop.
