One of Iowa’s largest employers is teaming up with a European company. Deere and Company and Timberjack group of Finland are a couple of the world’s leaders in the manufacture of forestry equipment. Deere is paying 600-million dollars to acquire the Finnish firm. The deal must be approved by regulators in both countries.
