ISU wins own tourney

Iowa state fought off a sluggish first half and downed Texas A&M Corpus Christi 86-64 in the finals of their holiday classic in Ames. Marcus Fizer had another big night finishing with 28-points and 17 rebounds. The Cyclones however, lost the services of guard Kantrail Horton who suffered a broken finger and is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks. The Cyclones are now 10-2 on the season and return to action on December 28th against Maryland Eastern Shore.
