Davenport officials try dead crows to chase away the live ones

Davenport officials plan to use dead crows to try and scare away annoying live crows.Police officers will shoot about ten crows & mount them on boards in trees around city hall and other downtown buildings. The procedure reportedly works well in Cedar Rapids.
