Many people made resolutions for the new millennium, and some of those same people have already broken them. One expert says it’s not too late to make a resolution you can stick to and improve yourself for the new year. Kathy Gulick is director of Wellness and Recreation Services for the University of Northern Iowa. She says the key is to not choose goals that are to difficult to fulfill.Gulick also suggests to make a resolution that is best for you, not a goal that someone else wants you to complete.Gulick says an easy way to find a new year’s resolution is to look back on the previous year, and find something that needs to be worked on.
