Iowa native Kurt Warner is in Atlanta preparing to lead the St. Louis Rams against the Tennessee Titans in Sunday’s Super Bowl. Warner answered questions from thousands of members of the media Tuesday. Warner says it’s starting to sink in that they’re in the Super Bowl. Warner’s become a phenomenon after going from the Iowa Barnstormers to NFL M-V-P this season. It’s only his second season in the NFL and some people question if he has the experience needed to win the Super Bowl. He says people have said that all year long, and hopefully he’ll be the youngest, most inexperienced winner of the Super Bowl. The Rams lost to the Titans in a close regular season meeting and Warner says it won’t be easy to beat them this time. Warner doesn’t believe his team played its best in that first game. Warner is a Cedar Rapids native and played college football at the University of Northern Iowa.
