February 5, 2000 By admin

Des Moines based Access Air is still hoping to persuade state officials to approve a six-point-five-million dollar loan. The bankrupt airline is trying to line up backers to guarantee the loan to the state. Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack says he would be willing to discuss a new proposal. He is willing to discuss the issue with legislators, but says the loan may not be possible.
