Iowa City fire declared arson

Investigators now say a fire at an Iowa City apartment building was arson. Police won’t say how the fire started or if the fire was intended to hurt anyone, but they do say the fire was intentionally set. 20-year old Kurtus Miller’s body was found in his bathtub in the apartment building and police say he died from smoke inhalation.
