Census says you may get more than one form

March 21, 2000 By admin

Some Iowans may’ve received more than one form from the U-S Census Bureau. Census spokesman Bernie Du Clos says there was a problem in addressing some of the forms. He says an additional digit was put on the numerical address similar to what happened to the advance letters.Du Clos says you should only send in one of the forms.Use the form that is addressed closest to your correct current address. He says everyone should have their forms by Wednesday. If you haven’t received your form by Wednesday, you should call the Census assistance number at: 800-471-9424. Du Clos says many cities are still looking for workers to help with the counting.
