A northern Iowa motorist is the apparent victim of a drive-by shooting. 25-year-old Thomas Harding of Iowa Falls says he was shot while driving in Hamilton County near Williams last night. He’s hospitalized in guarded but stable condition with a gunshot wound to the chest.
