Boxers seek titles in Des Moines

The Iowa Golden Gloves Amatuer Boxing Tournament starts tonight at the Polk County Convention Complex in Des Moines. John Connors is the president of the Iowa organization. He says they have around 90 boxers signed up.Conners says many of the boxers stay on the amatuer level for years.There are nine female boxers scheduled to participate. The boxing is tonight and tomorrow at 7:30.
