UNI opens spring drills

Northern Iowa wrestling coach Mark Manning favors a plan being considered by the N-C-A-A which would move the college wrestling season. Manning says the proposal would push back the national tournament into April to avoid conflicts with the N-C-A-A basketball tournament.Manning says the move would mean the wrestling season would begin in January. He says it would be good for the sport and the student athletes.
