Heavy rain, hail and high winds caused turmoil across eastern Iowa again this morning. Mother Nature proved to be a true home-wrecker in the region yesterday.A trucker hauling a home on a flatbed pulled off the road in Dubuque County due to hail when winds shifted and flipped the house on its roof in a ditch.
